Verbleif is for everyone who organises and carries out facility work at a holiday park or campsite. There are no fixed roles in Verbleif: you create your own roles and decide per role what someone can see and do. This article explains which kinds of work Verbleif supports and how that plays out in practice.
A park runs many jobs in parallel: checking guests in, cleaning units, fixing faults, keeping overview. Verbleif is built for that mix. It is not a generic project tool, but software that links tasks, reports and properties to how a park really works.
Important: Verbleif does not ship with fixed job types such as "cleaner" or "receptionist". You create your own roles under Roles and permissions and assign them to colleagues. The same person may see more at one park than another, or reception at location A may manage reports while a colleague cannot at location B.
The examples below describe typical work at a park. They are not fixed roles: what you see depends on your permissions.
Reception and park management: review reports, handle guest reports, track property statuses and reservation info, keep overview in the web app.
Cleaning: complete tasks and walk routes on your phone, update property status, keep working offline on the grounds.
Technical service: convert reports into tasks, log time and materials, complete faults and checks (such as legionella).
Administration and setup: if you have permission for this, you set up locations, manage users and permissions and configure integrations and automations in the web app.
Your own roles: Don't see a button or list? Ask whoever sets up Verbleif for your park to check or adjust your role.
Multiple locations: Do you work at more than one park? After signing in you choose your location. Your permissions can differ per location.
Web and app: Some colleagues work mainly at a computer, others mainly on their phone. Both are part of the same system.
You probably have different roles or work at a different location. Ask whoever sets up Verbleif which role is linked to your account and whether it gives access to what you need.
Verbleif targets holiday parks, campsites and similar sites with many properties and changeover days. Contact Verbleif or whoever sets up Verbleif for your park to find out whether you already use it.
