Verbleif is the system that keeps all facility work at your holiday park or campsite in one place: tasks, reports and the status of your properties. This article explains what Verbleif does, who it's for, and how the web app and mobile app work together.
Verbleif is facility-management software for holiday parks and campsites. It brings the daily work on the grounds together in one place, so reception, technical service and cleaning all work from the same information instead of phone calls and loose notes.
It centres on three ideas. A task is work that needs doing (for example a cleaning task for a property on a changeover day at your park). A report is something that was noticed (by a staff member on a round or by a guest) that you can convert into a task. A property is an accommodation or pitch, with its own status and history.
Create, assign and complete tasks with photos, notes and a full timeline per task.
Capture reports and convert them into a task for the right department in a few steps.
Track the status of your properties, such as occupancy and cleaning.
Keep working offline in the field; the mobile app syncs as soon as you're back online.
Receive push notifications as soon as there's new work for you.
Verbleif has two sides that form one system. You use the web app at a computer to plan, set things up and keep an overview. You use the mobile app on your phone to carry out the work on the park, even when there's no network for a while.

Permissions determine what you see: What you see and can do in Verbleif depends on the permissions your administrator set up. Don't see a button or list? You probably don't have permission for it. Ask your administrator for access.
